Nyima Gibba founded Teh-Khang Care LLC with a simple but powerful vision: to create a home where people who need care are treated with dignity, compassion, and genuine respect.
Nyima has always been deeply passionate about helping others. Through years of experience working closely with adults who require assistance, including seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those facing mental health challenges, Nyima recognized the importance of providing care that goes beyond routine tasks.
For Nyima, care is not just about supervision or assistance. It is about building trust, supporting independence, and creating an environment where people feel valued and safe. Every caregiver is trained to provide respectful, person-centered care that supports each resident's individual needs, preferences, and personal goals.
